I dusted off my H2o paints that have not seen the light of day for years and made some backgrounds using tissue paper which I folded over some card. I often used to make these type of backgrounds using different colours and they are very effective. The photo shows a large crease but in real life its all a bit crinkly and this one large crease doesn't stand out! The main die cut is a Tonic one and the frames are also Tonic, cut from their square set which I perforated with a Tim Holtz ruler. I added Memory Box hearts and a silver peel off.
As I had some paper left I thought I would use it for a second card again using Tonic dies. The bauble was a freebie in a magazine. I painted the ribbon with the H2o's as well.
